Quality control test method for LED flexible light bar

1. High voltage test

LEDER Lighting conducts high-voltage tests on products according to the requirements of different products and customers.

Such as: According to the requirements of UL, our staff will conduct a voltage test of 1440V for 1 second for all products.

For example: according to the requirements of TUV, workers will conduct a voltage test of 3750V for 1 second for all products.

All products must pass the high voltage test before moving to the next process.

2. Vibration test

We will take 2-5 samples from each production batch and conduct a simulated car vibration test, the test lasts 3 hours with two different vibration modes (horizontal and vertical).

The tested structure and function must be sound and must function properly when connected to the product and the mains.

3. Aging test

48-hour aging test is necessary. All products are aged according to the voltage environment of the country of use before shipment. For example, products exported to the UK use 240V aging, and the United States 110V aging; our quality department will take a long-term aging test , Non-destructive testing of products, comprehensive analysis of collected information to ensure product stability.

4. Drop test

We will take 2-5 samples from each production batch for drop test.

For example: According to the UL test standard, the LED guardrail tube must be hung at a height of 90cm, on the wooden floor, and then dropped;

After testing, there must be no damage to the mechanical parts, no exposed wires, and the product must work well when connected to the mains.

5. ISO9001:2008

All LEDER lighting staff participate in the operation and production in strict accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 quality system certification.

We regularly review the performance of our quality control system through internal audits and meetings. We explore to determine if there are gaps or flaws in the quality management system and where improvements can be made. Deal with past problems and potential problems. Our systems record these activities and the resulting decisions and monitor their effectiveness.
