Analysis of the structural problems of LED panel lights

At present, the application of LED panel lights in indoor lighting is more and more extensive, whether it is hotels, conference rooms, factories or offices, commercial purposes, residential or public facilities, schools, hospitals, as long as there are places that involve energy saving or require high color rendering Most of them have used LED panel lights to replace traditional fluorescent lamps. On the one hand, LED panel lights play a role in energy saving and environmental protection, and on the other hand, they create a good lighting atmosphere.

Then what does its internal structure look like? Generally speaking, we divide an LED panel light into seven components. Let's get to know these seven parts in detail below!

1. Aluminum frame: The appearance structure of the aluminum frame and the main structure of LED heat dissipation generally use AL6063, aluminum extrusion die, low initial cost investment, beautiful surface treatment, good heat dissipation effect, but if the die-casting frame is used, it can not only improve the IP protection level , and the sealing light is better, the overall appearance is beautiful, but the cost of mold investment in the early stage is relatively high.

2. Light guide plate: The side LED light is refracted through the dots to change the light angle and diffused. The light guide plate is the heart of the flat panel light. The design of the dots is very important. If the design of the dots is not good, the overall light effect will be poor. Generally, there will be:
1. Light in the middle, dark on both sides;
2. There are bright edges on the light entering side and dark in the middle;
3. Standing at different angles, the overall brightness is inconsistent;
4. The local dark area is obvious.
A large part of the light effect of the light guide plate is in the design of the network, followed by the selection of the board, but it is wrong to blindly pursue the brand board, because many brand manufacturers like Mitsubishi, most of their good boards are used People order well, many of the Mitsubishi boards that flow out of the market are mostly leftover materials, and their low light transmittance is not as high as that of their own boards, so the selection of the boards does not necessarily depend on the manufacturer of the boards, as long as the light transmittance is high and the light efficiency is OK. OK.

3. Diffusion plate: The function of the diffusion plate is to diffuse the light of the light guide plate evenly, and also to block the dots. The diffuser plate generally uses acrylic sheet or PS material. The cost of acrylic is lower and the light transmittance is lower than that of PC. The height is slightly higher, the acrylic is brittle and has weak anti-aging performance, and the price of PS is slightly more expensive, but the anti-aging performance is strong. The dots cannot be seen after the diffuser plate is installed, and the light transmittance should be around 90%. The light transmittance of acrylic is 92%, and that of PS is 88%. You can choose the material of the diffuser plate according to your needs, and acrylic is generally used.

4. Reflective paper: Reflective paper is mainly to reflect the afterglow on the back of the light guide plate, generally RW250.

5. LED light source: SMD3528 is generally used, and some people use 5630 and 5050. 5630 and 5050 have low light efficiency and difficult dot design, poor versatility, but low cost. SMD3528 has high light efficiency and strong dot versatility.

6. Rear cover: Sealed lamp body - generally AL aluminum, the overall texture is strong, and it can play a little role in heat dissipation.

7. Driving power supply: At present, LED lights have two power supply methods: 1. Direct use of constant current power supply (this mode has high efficiency, PF value as high as 0.95, and high cost performance); 2. Constant voltage with constant current mode (stable performance, but low efficiency and high cost). Generally, this mode is designed for customers who require certification. Because the lamps are low-voltage lamps with 24V input, no safety regulations are required. If you directly use a power supply with safety regulations, they can be shipped to various countries and have a wide range of applications.
