Why do LED lights flicker on the camera?

AC power
AC power is usually provided by a power source like a wall socket, in essence, AC power is turned on 2 times and off 3 times in a cycle, so the excited electrons dissipate all the energy in the form of light, returning to the electronic enclosure 3 times , and then fired again. Therefore, an LED light connected directly to AC power will appear to flicker in the video.
However, it is not feasible to connect the LED light directly to the AC power supply, which will cause the LED light life to be significantly reduced due to the cycling of switch states. So they are connected to regulators called "drivers" which convert AC to DC before wiring them to the lights, LED lights running through the drivers do not show flickering.
