LED dispersion board:

   The light from the light guide plate is evenly exported, and it can also play a fuzzy dot effect. Dispersion boards usually use acrylic 2.0 board or PC material, almost PS material, the cost of acrylic is lower and the light transmittance is slightly higher than PC, acrylic is brittle and weak in aging resistance, PC is slightly expensive, but anti-aging powerful. After the diffuser is installed, the dots cannot be seen, and the light transmittance should be around 90%. The light transmittance of acrylic is 92%, that of PC is 88%, and that of PS is about 80%. We can choose the material of the diffuser board according to the needs. At present, most manufacturers use acrylic material.

2. LED light source:

   Generally, 3528 is used for LED lamp beads, and some people use 3014 and 5050. 3014 and 5050 are low in cost, and the light effect is slightly worse. The key is that the design of the light guide network is difficult. 3528 has high light efficiency and good dot versatility.

  3. LED light guide plate:

   The LED light on the side is refracted through the dots to make the light evenly exported from the front. The light guide plate is the key point of the quality control of the LED panel light. If the dot design is not good, the overall light effect seen will be very poor. Usually, the center will be bright and the ends will be dark, or there may be a bright light band at the light entrance, or some dark areas may be visible, or there may be inconsistent brightness at different viewpoints. To improve the light efficiency of the light guide plate mainly depends on the design of the dots, followed by the quality of the plate, but there is no need to be superstitious about the plates of first-line brands, and the light transmittance of qualified plates is usually almost the same. Ordinary small LED lamp factories directly buy special light guide plates for use, so there is no need to re-prototype design, and the public plates used by many manufacturers are generally of qualified quality.

  4. Panel light aluminum frame:

   It is the main channel for LED heat dissipation. The appearance is simple and elegant. ZY0907 can be used. The cost of mold stamping and mold opening is low, and the processing cost is also low; the IP level of the die-casting aluminum structure can be higher, the surface texture is good, and the overall appearance is beautiful, but the initial investment in mold costs higher.

  5. Reflective paper:

   Reflect the residual light on the back of the light guide plate to improve light efficiency, usually RW250.

  6. Rear cover:

   The main function is to seal the LED panel light, usually with 1060 aluminum, which can also play a little heat dissipation effect.

  7. Drive power:

   Currently, there are two types of LED drive power supply, one is to use constant current power supply, which has high efficiency, the PF value is as high as 0.95, and is cost-effective; the other is to use constant voltage and constant current power supply, which has stable performance, but low efficiency and high cost, and is generally used This kind of power supply is mainly exported, and the other party needs to have certification requirements, and must use a power supply with safety regulations. In fact, it is very safe to use a constant current power supply at home, because it is difficult for users to get in touch with the power supply, and the lamp body itself uses a safe low-voltage power supply.
