Spiral art installation lighting design in Book Pavilion

Although Zhuhai's special economic zone has only developed for more than 40 years, it has achieved tremendous achievements that have attracted worldwide attention. These achievements and history are condensed by the sweat of countless strugglers, and this city has also been cast by countless dream chasers. So Zhuhai Book Pavilion was born as a tribute to the historical creators of this land.

The concept area is located at the corner of the building, and the large glass facade breaks down the space barrier and enhances the space's vastness, allowing consumers to appreciate the retail space based on the huge art installation from the outside. Time is embodied in this artistic space. The huge spiral staircase bookshelf lies on its side on the ground, and the curving lamp belt is embedded in it, running through the whole concept area along with the installation track.

When customers stare at the spiral ladder from the front, can observe each section shape of the clock dial, clocks and watches pointer style armrest stair handrail function also on the dial pointer contour projection, it is a metaphor by countless time stacking and into the history of the ladder, convey the historical time driven by rapid flow. The spiral staircase is not only a bookshelf with functions to display books, but also a huge artistic installation in the inner space, which neutralizes the strong commercial significance and enhances the charm of the place. Streamline light weaves a graceful curve, flow continuously like water, draw the outline of the indoor line that gives winding path to pass secluded.

The designer extracted the good meaning of the ladder of wisdom, and integrated the elegant and solemn bookshelves in the forum area into a continuous ladder, laying a sacred palace of knowledge. The superposition of the door shape and the layered ground moving lines indicate that the palace of knowledge is rich and colorful. The simple round lamps emit soft light to set off the warm atmosphere of the whole place. Linear lighting increases the visual level of the interior, creating a rich spatial scene.

The designer's eclectic design technique of combining business and art breaks the shackles of monotonous property of space confined to function, conveys the value orientation of the brand, and brings more novel place genes for consumers' shopping experience. It is also a pioneering attempt for the future evolution of commercial space. Shenzhen Zhongshuge is not only a memorial place to pay tribute to urban strivers, but also a healing place to learn knowledge and explore wisdom. It is one of the countless miniature of Shenzhen, which accommodates insecurity and huge.
